Nothing is Personal ~ Nothing anyone ever does is because of you. We are all in our own minds, own perceptions, own emotions, own viewpoints. Take nothing anyone says or does personally. Only YOU have the power over how you feel and chose to respond to others and to life. No one else has power over you.
Nothing is Serious ~ PLAY ENJOY FLOW with the ever changing currents of LIFE ~~~
Always do your personal BEST ~ under any circumstances, always be present and offer your best in that moment. Keeping in mind that your best is never going to be the same from one moment to the next. Everything is alive and changing all the time, so your best will sometimes be high quality and other times may not be as good. The point is- to be present and offer up your own personal best, Enjoying whatever it is you are doing and being.

Complaining about anything holds you in the place of refusing to receive the things you’ve been asking for. Justifying about anything holds you in the place of refusing to let in the very things that you’ve been asking for. Blaming someone holds you in the place of refusing to let in the things that you’ve been asking for. Feeling guilty, feeling angry, it doesn’t matter what you call it; it is a refusal, not a conscious one. You’re asking; you can’t help but ask. The Universe is yielding; it must yield. It’s a big question, folks: why aren’t you letting it in?

GWINGANNA LIFESTYLE RETREAT
Last year I had the pleasure of staying at the renown Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat in the Gold Coast Hinterlands… such a stunning place, filled with serene peaceful surroundings of mountainess nature and fresh air, world famous Spa and most amazing treatments and quality of therapists, organic food, top quality speakers and overall REJUVENATING experience… ahhh delish!
I was there for two amazing retreats; Optimal Qi & Womens Discovery.
I would love to share some golden bits of info I learnt throughout my week…
DID YOU KNOW….
- That our population is growing in Zinc deficiency?
- That we get our Vit D from the sun, and we should actually be exposing our skin to direct sun glow for 10-15 minutes per day, (before your skin turns red) so that we can actually get adaquate amounts of Vit D, which is Essential to our overall health, happy state of mind and healing ability.
- We should be using ORGANIC sunscreens, without all the nasty chemicals such as ‘Methyl Paraben’ which is a known human carcinogen, especially when exposed to the sun!!!
- The benefit of eating food v’s ORGANIC STANDARD food is mainly that organics have NO CHEMICALS sprayed all over them, and therefore YOU are not absorbing all those nasties into your blood stream and body.
- MERCURY has been found to CAUSE Dementia!! It is mainly found in the silver dental fillings, Swordfish, Flake. Causes gradual killing of normal brain cells.
- Take Anti-oxidants such as Selenium, COQ10, Vit E, D, C to neutralise oxidative rusting of your cells.
Good Food for Hormone Health:
- Eat ORGANIC wherever possible- freshest and best quality- without the nasties
- Increase your Greens- spinach, rocket leaves, kale, lettuce, cucumbers, broccoli – for plenty of fibre, vitamins, minerals, and zinging with freshness!
- Reduce sugars, coffee and alcohol- these are liver loaders which reduce your ability to produce hormones and exhaust your adrenals.
- Reduce your stress levels – breath, relax, have fun, laugh, play, enjoy the simple things in life
- Increase movement, activities like Dancing… get your body and mind MOVIN & GROOVIN baby!
